Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays or factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Certain items (such as supplements) may not be available for international shipping due to customs regulations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Tallow Life is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at tallowlife@gmail.com so we can assist you with a claim.
